Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bartini Lusso, we want you to feel confident at every step of your experience with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund (except in cases where shipping protection was purchased).

Promotional Orders

Orders placed during promotions such as “Buy 1, Get 2” or “2 pairs for X” follow a specific refund policy:

  • If only part of the order is returned, the refund will be calculated as the total amount paid minus the full price of the item kept.

  • For purchases of 3 or more items, if 2 are returned, the refund will follow the promotional pricing structure applied at the time of purchase.

This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of promotions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 support@bartinilusso.com.
Once your request is approved, we will send return instructions and a shipping label.

Important: items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot issue a refund unless you purchased shipping protection. In that case, please contact our support team.

If no shipping protection was purchased, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a EUR €10 restocking fee will apply.

Alternatively, we can send a replacement if you purchased shipping protection.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled because our warehouse is fully automated and shipping labels are purchased and products are dispatched within 12 hours of ordering. This means the order is already in transit, and the customer should wait until the package arrives. Once received, the order can then be returned according to this policy — we are here to support you.

However, in some cases, we can make last-minute changes to address details, sizes, or product variants. If you notice something is incorrect, contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized products

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us at support@bartinilusso.com.
Our exchange fee is EUR €10 per item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. Exchanges for variants, colors, or products should be done via return and re-ordering.

European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
